Background

GSL successfully tendered for phase 3 of the upgrade central heating’s at Hood Manor Warrington. Our planning team provided program of works for all tenants the works included electrical periodic inspections, renew heating system including all pipework and radiators and boxing in all exposed pipework. We completed the program with new EPC’s for clients housing stock.

Results

All works were completed to a high standard and 6 weeks before schedule, based on the results we were awarded phase 4 of the heating upgrades.

Had solar panels installed by Grant Store and the whole experience greatly exceeded expectations.
